Registered Nurse/Interventional Radiology

Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (07:30 – 16:00)

Description:

IMPORTANT: While this job is posted at Stroger (per request of the client), the traveler will be working at Cook County Health Blue Island Health Center.
Address – 12757 S Western Ave, Blue Island, IL 60406

Sub requirements – Cover sheet, resume, primary source verification, skills checklist, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.
Staff required to wear lead.
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No holiday RTO. No RTO on weekends.

Staff will be expected to float assignments within the Radiology and Pain departments.
COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
