Registered Nurse/Ambulatory Care

Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (08:30 – 17:00)

Position / Specialty: Charge RN – Ambulatory Care
Shift: 5x8s, 830a-5p. Monday – Friday
Call Requirements: N/A
Weekend Requirement: N/A
RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. This role will float between:
Clinic E – consists of Colo-Rectal, General Surgery, Urology, Cardio-thoracic and Bariatric Surgery.
Clinic F – includes Minor Procedure (Podiatry, ENT, Plastic, Gyne, Palliative, Dermatology and Orthopedics). This is where they will report.

Guaranteed Hours: 40

Years of experience REQ: 2 years required.

Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Locals accepted: Yes – locals only. Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
Pending License accepted: No
Special Requirements: Adult and PEDS experience
