REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Minimum Experience Required
Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers

SKILLS: Work Setting Experience REQUIRED: Inpatient, ER, NICU, Adult ICU.
GENERAL SKILLS: Experience Required: PACS, Portables, C-Arm.
X-RAY PROCEDURE Experience Required: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, Musculoskeletal, Fluoroscopy Studies, Lower Extremities, Upper Extremities, Surgery/C-Arm, Lumbar punctures.
DOCUMENTATION Experience REQUIRED: EPIC and Change HC PACS.
EQUIPMENT/SCANNER Experience REQUIRED: Client, Siemens, Phillips, Samsung portable, OEC c-arms.
Certs: BLS and ARRT.
PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
OR and Level I Trauma. Enema Studies.
JOB DETAILS:
Approximately 380 Exams per Day; 10 exam rooms plus OR and portables
Unit will accept contracts for 13 weeks.
*36 hours can be offered.
SHIFT: 12 HR NIGHTS 18:30-07:00, FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY.
CALL Requirement: NONE.
FLOAT Requirement: NONE.
WEEKEND SCHEDULE: FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: All ages and groups from walking patients to the most acute. All routine diagnostic exams, portables, and OR for spine work, fractures, cystoscopy, and vascular. Lumbar punctures, barium enemas, GI’s, PICC line insertions, MBS’s, ERCP’s, bronchoscopies, and tube placements. Approx.380 exams per day. 10 Exam rooms plus OR and portables.
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Client, Siemens, Phillips, Samsung portable, OEC c-arms.
UNIT SYSTEMS: EPIC and Change HC PACS.
SCHEDULING TYPE: Specific shift. Supervisor creates schedule and could adjust hours as needed.
***WEEKENDS POSITION FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY***
UNIT ORIENTATION: 9a-5p Monday – Friday, 1 week and then go to appropriate shift; Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day.
SCRUBS: Royal Blue.
