Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional or functional workstreams across planning, execution, and stabilization phases
- Coordinate activities related to patient transitions, referral and authorization processes, and organizational readiness
- Monitor milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues proactively
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure successful go-lives
- Support training, communication, and change management efforts
- Provide regular updates and reporting to transition leadership
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience in a healthcare or clinical operations environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with patient care transitions, referrals/authorizations, or provider support workflows
- Strong communication, organization, and execution skills
- PMP certification preferred
