About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our internal team during a planned leave. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to designated individuals and teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of monthly Member Deck Meetings, including assembling presentation materials.
  • Work collaboratively with various team members to compile PowerPoint presentations based on provided content.
  • Support the organization and scheduling of internal training sessions.
  • Maintain structured documentation, filing, and overall project organization.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to ensure seamless team operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a project coordination or administrative support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with meeting planning or corporate communications support.
  • Experience in professional services or corporate environments (healthcare industry experience not required).
