Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (06:30 – 15:00)
Description:
Sub requirements – Coversheet (the 1st page of the *** application will suffice), resume, primary source verification, skills checklist, BLS and ACLS. *Staff required to wear lead. *Shifts are 7-3 (Pain) and 8-4 (IR), and will vary day to day. *Includes weekends and on call. No holidays except for on call. RTO max 5 days,1 holiday. *Staff will be expected to float assignments within the Radiology and Pain departments. *Please refer to the job description attached to Optimizer prior to submitting. COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.

Sub requirements – Resume, cover sheet, MA certification, BLS, skills checklist. *MA for Pain clinic at Stroger. Main purpose is to register, arrive, schedule, and call patients. Calls are not just about scheduling, but appt reminders, follow ups and pre procedure test calls. Spanish speaking is preferred but not mandatory. Schedule – M-F, Full time
