Job Title: IT Operations Technician
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Lutz, FL 33549
Shift: Onsite M-F 9am – 6pm (hours may vary on work load & tasks)

·6-8 years of experience supporting the Operational roles of new and existing network Devices
·Experience with Cisco routers, Switches and Wireless Access Points
·Experience Monitoring and responding to alerts and outage conditions

Network:

· Device configuration:
Installing and configuring network devices like routers, switches, and load balancers.

· Network maintenance:
Performing routine checks, updates, and patching to maintain network stability and performance.

· Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving network issues, including connectivity problems, slow performance, and security breaches.

· Security implementation:
Implementing network security measures like access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.

· Performance monitoring:
Tracking network performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize network usage.
