Job Detail
Location: Dallas, TX ( 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) About the role A dual consult-and-build role: partner with BU and Function stakeholders to surface capability needs, then personally design and build the training that meets them using AI-based design methods.
What you’ll do • Partner with BU/Functions to scope capability and skill gaps
• Design learning journeys, modules, assessments, and collateral
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development and iteration
• Facilitate hands-on masterclass and AI Academy sessions
• Measure learning impact and refresh content on feedback
Experience:
• 6–10 years instructional or learning experience design • Enterprise-scale program delivery experience • Hands-on AI content creation (Copilot, GPT authoring, AI video and assessment tools) • Portfolio of AI-built learning assets required Skills
Skills: • Learning needs discovery and analysis • Experience architecture — designing journeys, not courses • AI-accelerated content development • Rapid prototyping under a two-week ceiling • Assessment and simulation design that proves capability • Editorial judgement — validating and cutting AI output • Prompt engineering • Facilitation and business partnering • Learning impact measurement
